WE ARE MOVING :D

Already? I know.
We have only been renting this house since August, 2013. BUT, the owner of this home would like to move back in to it. Don't worry! She didn't just kick us out...she contacted us about a week or two before we found out we were pregnant. At which time, we were discussing moving out of town, to Hawaii or Utah to go to school. So when she contacted me to basically say, we would LIKE to move in maybe as early as June but if that doesn't work for you than we can work something else out. Of course she also told me that I would not be penalized for breaking the lease. So I informed her then that we actually were talking about moving out but I would speak to my dad, who is helping us rent, and see what he has to say about it. So she said okay talk about it, think about it, and let me know.

When I discussed it with my dad we both agreed that if we wanted to be moving, out of state, and for school, that it would be good to get out of this house now and figure out the rest kind of as we go.

Well BAM! It wasn't much longer till we found out we were pregnant. I hadn't gotten back to the owner yet but still hadn't changed my mind about moving out. We had changed our mind about moving out of state, now instead we wanted to look even closer to home and my parents, and June-ish would be a good time considering our lease is up in August and I'd rather move now that when I'm 8 months pregnant! So when we announced to my parents the new addition to the family we had the conversation again about still breaking the lease and moving out and he agreed still as well that it would be a good idea and the best timing to do it now rather than in August or later. Once that was decided, I contacted to owner, announced to her as well of the pregnancy and let her know we can talk asap about the specifics of moving out.

Over some further conversations about specific timing and dates it was decided that April 30 would officially be our move out date. It got moved up a little bit but since we will be out town for 2 weeks in May I'd rather at least the moving out part be taken care of before we go to Tonga and HOPEFULLY the moving in somewhere else will work out too. If not we always have to option of leaving stuff at mom and dad's and being with them for a week or so before Tonga and continue on the buying house project when we get back!

Yes you heard me, BUYING a house! And what I didn't tell you yet is that we found one!!! I have a very good friend from high school who has been in the realty business since he could talk. His parents and older sister are all apart of the same company, their own, and when he got old enough he became a part of it too. He passed his exam and officially became a realtor. So of course with renting this house and now looking to buy a new one he is my go to! He works things out with me REALLY quickly, gets to looking, and filling out paper work as fast as he can. So the last couple weeks my husband finally got his permanent residency card and his social security card. Since he's the one making money we had to wait for that to go through with looking for a house. Knowing what kind of numbers we can look at and everything like that.

So we finally got the numbers back, I told Brandon my criteria and area and within a few days he made an app with me to visit 5 properties. We liked 2 and completely fell in love with one! We both agreed on one! SO easily! It is perfect! So know the contract has been written up for the offer and it will be submitted within the next 2 days and it shouldn't take more than 30 days to get a response on it! We are praying our little hearts out to get this house because we both have such a good feeling about it! I cannot wait! Aside from of course the moving process itself I'm excited for a fresh new space, a new ward, new friends, and really a new life! Considering this is like 3 page turns at once I am so excited! We are hoping that we don't have to move twice, into my parents then into a house, and we can just get it all taken care of at once before we leave to Tonga! I can't believe, again, how perfectly things have worked out but I can't help but count my blessings every single day!!
